Truckers tablet Inc. provides a 10 day / 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our tablet PC's.
A 20% restocking/inspection fee will apply.
(Power supply cords , network cords, brackets, software, accessories excluded)
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by using this on-line RMA form HERE.
Please be aware that we take extraordinary measures to make sure our Tablet PC's get to you in excellent condition.
How do we do this?
1) Each Tablet is "Quality Inspected" by the manufacturer after a technician installs the software and determines the tablet meets all build qualifications. This is indicated by a "Quality Inspected" decal adhered to the tablet shell.
2) Each tablet is packaged by the manufacturer and signed-off by the packager that all components are included with each tablet and the tablet packaged meets all our requirements.
3) Each tablet and its accessories is re-inspected by Truckers Tablet inc. before shipping to you.
We take pride in the Tablet PC's that we sell. That is why we go to these measures and that's why we offer the "Satisfaction Guarantee".
A 20% restocking/inspection fee will be applied to ALL returns.
Any and ALL Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If items are returned damaged, incomplete packaging, missing materials or appear used in any way they may be refused and retained until you send a pre-paid shipping label or pay for return postage, in order for us to return the merchandise back to you.
The following terms must be met by you.
- You MUST send us your RMA Request through our website. CLICK HERE!
- Tablet PC firmware/programming MUST be as you received it with no added software, APP's or changes.
- Send a RMA request for the merchandise to us with-in 10 days of the Postal delivery date.
- HOW do I find my Postal delivery date? > CLICK HERE and enter your tracking number. If the delivery date is over 10 Days from today's date, then your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee has EXPIRED.
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- Carefully repackage the Tablet PC, along with ALL hardware, power supply, cords and owner's manual/cd disk.
- Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged. ALL materials MUST be returned as received.
- No markings or writing on the packaging or owner's manual.
- You must pay the return shipping expense.
- We recommend items be shipped to us with a tracking number.
- Upon receiving your returned merchandise we will thoroughly inspect to make sure ALL of the criteria above is met. If we determine the merchandise is returned in acceptable conditions, we will issue credit to your charge account immediately. Please be aware the original shipping fee and 20% restocking/inspection fee will be applied.
